Our product guarantee to you is a simple one. Pierre Cardin product has never forgotten to provide our customers quality luggage as a remarkable value
Should you have any problem, simply contact our customer service representative, they will send your bag at your expense to our certified repair location. If it is determined that the problem is a result of a manufacturing defect. Pierre Cardin will promptly repair or replace the case and return it free of charge under warranty period. Defects of material or workmanship discovered after expiration of the warranty period can usually also be repaired subject to payment.
Although the fabric or components used in this product are among finest available, it should be understood that components such as handles and wheels systems are exposed to natural wear and tear after extended use. This type of wear and tear is not covered by our guarantee. Moreover, if such repairs are required, you may send the case, at your expense, to our customer representative, and the bag will be repaired for a nominal fee.
Locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of products or its contents.
Manufacturing specifications are subjected to change without notice.
Notice: Please check out luggage properly after it has been handled by common carriers such as ship, air or train. When damaged submit, a claim to the common carriers at the place of arrival, if possible before clearing customs.
Important: if the warranty card were lost, warranty period would be ended automatically.

Pierre cardin will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase on any product. This limited warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear. This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others
